like a sugar cube in a tea cup

with spoon in it

to be there

don't stir,

my words will stretch, acuqire a new edge,

 bend and transform

some will string and form new meanings

some will dissolve

i am a volatile poet

suno, aaj ratjaga hai,

 kahin koi sapna abhi bhi utha hai

sulado usey, mana lo usey,

in rasto par nahin koi door tak chala hai

suno aaj ratjaga hai .......

jid mat karo, aahat dheemi ho,

 jaaney kyun is deewar par, ek naya naksh gadha hai

koi bhul na jayey is darakht ko,iski tehni par ek ghonsla,

aaj bhi swapno ke ando se bhara hai

suno, aaj rat jaga hai

kahin koi sapna abhi bhi utha hai

na kuchh de skata, na mangney ka koi haq hai,

apni vivashta ki murti ko,

kyun  aaj phir se  gadha hai

is vyapar mein kya batunga,

yahi soch, ek bhikhari bhi abhi  khada hai

suno aaj ratjaga hai

aaj raat hogi, phir se barsaat

 halki si thand mein

bundo ke sang mein

kya ruk payengey

jwala se taptey kuchh un kahey se jasbaat

aaj raat hogi.......

chup si hai, janey kyun aaj yeh raat

kalki hi to baat thi,

mehki mehki si chaukhat thi

janey kyun stabdh tha

 lekin saanso ka kafila, kya  hua tha koi  aaghat

aaj raat hogi.......

mujhse na poochho kyun, kuchh aahat se hain, aaj haalat

 usney koi khabar na li

thakan rahi, wahin ki wahin

chilla chilla kar kahi

hawaon ne khidkion se, apni kuchh alag si baat

aaj raat hogi

bahut intzaar rahega, agar koi khabar mile

 kya pata, kab hawa chaley, koi to patta hiley

Kisee ko lagta hai, khabar ab ho gayi hai janib

warna roshni na ho,  nazar mein,

chahat ki jab lau jaley?

baarish to bahut hui is baar

lekin phir bhi tha adhoora intzaar

koi kahey to bhi  kaise mainey

badlon ko kahan tha hawaon par aitbaar

seedi par chadhi wo kuchh aur paydaan,

lekin use to bharni thi ek lambi udaan,

 kudi nahin, na hi pankh lagayey,

par usko ab yeh kaisey samajh aayey,

 bina kude koi kahin pahunchata nahin,

 jo bhi hai aas paas wo door phir dikhta nahin

can you move a bit

i will walk on my own in the garden todAY

dont push me

i am able to find my way through

dont protect me

i am alright there

when the difference between wanting and having does not exist

but one stays put

where one is

for long, without listening

arguing and asking

just being there

takes away

only strength stairs have

to take you up

there

the reflections of a cloud covered sun

have permeated the layers of algae

on the surface of the lake

which has not been stirred for long

by the oars of a boat

any boat

going any where,

but a boat
